Are there venues with a "Plan B" for 250 guests?

Yes, Mallorca boasts historic and modern estates featuring refurbished agricultural spaces, covered cloisters, or large-scale halls capable of seating 250 people without losing the essence of the event. At MBS, we select venues where the "Plan B" logistics are as aesthetic and seamless as the primary plan.

What happens if I plan an event at a beach club and it rains?

At MBS, we never leave an event to chance. For every booking in outdoor spaces, we coordinate a contingency plan in advance. Depending on the Beach Club, this can range from using glazed indoor areas to installing efficient structures that protect guests without sacrificing Mediterranean views.

What is the maximum capacity of the Palma Convention Centre (Palau de Congressos)?

The Palau is the benchmark venue for large-scale congresses. Its main auditorium (Auditorio Illes Balears) has a capacity for 1,902 people. Furthermore, it features a second auditorium for 462 people and an exhibition area of over 2,300.

What other high-capacity auditoriums are there, besides the Palau?

Mallorca offers high-level alternatives such as the Auditorium de Palma (with a main hall for over 1,700 people and privileged views of the Paseo Marítimo) and the Trui Teatre. We also have access to hotels specialising in MICE with large-format modular plenary rooms.

Can you handle the entire organisation of the event or only specific parts?

We adapt to your needs. We can take on the complete (360º) management of the project or act as your strategic support in specific areas, such as the technical secretariat, VIP logistics, or compliance validation for the Pharma sector.

Do you work only in Mallorca or also on other islands?

Our operations base and elite network of contacts are in Mallorca, allowing us to offer unrivalled responsiveness. However, upon request and for exclusive projects, we extend our management to Ibiza, Menorca, and Formentera, maintaining the same standard of rigour and quality.

What is the best time of year to organise an event in Mallorca?

For the MICE sector, the months of May, June, September, and October are exceptional due to their mild climate. However, Mallorca is a 365-day destination: winter is perfect for congresses seeking discretion and efficiency, taking advantage of the island's clearer logistics and more competitive rates.

How far in advance should we start organising our event?

For large congresses or high-occupancy incentives, we recommend starting the planning 10 to 12 months in advance to secure the best venues. For more agile corporate events, our structure allows us to react effectively within shorter timeframes, although the availability of unique spaces is always greater with foresight.

Are there venues without time restrictions for parties?

Due to local noise regulations, most outdoor estates have limitations from 00:00h onwards. However, at MBS we have a selection of private properties and spaces with soundproofed indoor rooms that allow the celebration to be extended without interruption and in total privacy.

Is there any beach club where a night-time pool party can be organised?

Yes, we have contacts at exclusive Beach Clubs that permit night-time events around the pool. Feasibility always depends on the season and the nature of the event (private or corporate), but we manage all necessary permits to guarantee a safe and sophisticated experience.

Is it possible to board or disembark from a catamaran using motorboats?

Due to safety and maritime protection regulations, boarding and disembarking groups via motorboats is not permitted in open water or from beaches for collective events. At MBS, we prioritise the safety of your guests; therefore, we always organise access comfortably and safely directly from authorised docks or courtesy jetties in the port. This is the only way to guarantee a smooth flow without risks for the attendees.
